Delta CES 2025
Las Vegas, NV
Client: Delta Air Lines®
Role: Experiential Strategy
Delta celebrated its 100th anniversary with a larger-than-life presence at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, commemorating a century of innovation, all powered by people.
Team Epiphany produced the entire experiential presence across Vegas, including an Airport Welcome exclusively for SkyMiles members, a Sphere Takeover for CES badge holders and a VIP Reception.

Airport Welcome
As a first touchpoint for CES, Delta Air Lines provided SkyMiles Members with an efficient and seamless registration experience at LAS Gate D33.
Upon arrival in Las Vegas, members enjoyed expedited CES registration and badging, accompanied by Grown Alchemist hand towels for a refreshing touch. After efficiently completing the process, guests received a special edition Delta magazine highlighting the airline's legacy of innovation and connection, along with a gift bag filled with exclusive keepsakes.

Sphere Takeover
On January 7, Delta Air Lines celebrated its Centennial at CES 2025 with an immersive keynote at the Sphere in Las Vegas, hosted by CEO Ed Bastian.
The venue transformed into a full Delta experience for over 8,300 guests, featuring vintage ads, custom branding, and sunset lighting. The highlight was the Keep Climbing Exhibit in the Atrium, shaped like Delta’s widget logo, which showcased interactive displays and provided a look at Delta’s past, present and future
Delta SkyMiles® American Express® Card Members received VIP treatment with exclusive access to the Theory Lounge, where they enjoyed gourmet bites, craft cocktails, and live music. All attendees indulged in refreshments from partners such as Jon & Vinny’s, Starbucks, and Biscoff.

VIP Reception
Following the CES keynote experience at Sphere, Team Epiphany produced the private, invite-only VIP reception at the Poodle Room – the exclusive, members-only club at the top of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas – and continued the celebration of Delta’s Centennial within a high-touch environment.
Featuring a view of Sphere from the highest vantage point in Las Vegas, invited guests took part in luxury offerings including curated bites, champagne and specialty cocktails, a caviar station, and a takeaway dessert box.
